TWH, a technical partner of Proofreading Pros, provides development services for their website, admin and customer dashboards and a Google add-on.

Our team at TWH developed a website that features a clean and minimal user interface, built on WordPress including a blog section.
One of the key improvements we made was to the Admin Dashboard, which we enhanced to give full control over all data and documents. We also updated various modules such as Users, Tags, Docs, Payments, and Stats.
To ensure the success of the business, we placed a strong emphasis on the customer dashboard. We created an onboarding flow and added a free trial feature that encourages users to like, share and invite their friends. Additionally, we replaced the outdated Braintree Payment integration with Stripe Payments and created new pricing plans, both static and dynamic.
The Editor Dashboard serves as the backbone of the tool, allowing editors to review and accept jobs, as well as complete them. We streamlined the application process with multiple steps to make it more efficient. The Admin panel allows for the review and approval or rejection of editor applications.
The Google Docs enables customers and editors to connect after the customer submits a document for proofreading. This feature allows for easy communication and collaboration between the two parties, with the possibility to exceed expectations. Customers can also leave comments on the document, and after proofreading, the editor can suggest edits and accept them. Once the order is completed, our system automatically removes the editor's access to the document.
Finally, we implemented Email Integration to increase conversions. We passed all the status of customers and editors to the admin, allowing for the easy creation of automated marketing campaigns based on user activities.
